H4A is a homeschool athletic development program for athletes ages 10–15 who are committed to becoming faster, stronger, more confident, and better prepared for the next level.

Led by former professional athletes Marcus Lemon (12-year professional baseball player) and Kristen Edmonds (14-year professional soccer player, 3-time Champion, and Rutgers University graduate), H4A goes beyond traditional practice by developing the complete athlete—not just the player.

Athletes receive sport-specific training in baseball, softball, and soccer while also competing in a variety of games and sports—including basketball, flag football, pickleball, obstacle courses, and more—to build athleticism, confidence, teamwork, adaptability, and a lifelong love for competition.
